the value of taking the time for relaxation. Even a few

it can feel difficult to create those few precious moments.
On this CD compilation, you can select a five, fifteen or
thirty minute guided relaxation segment according to your
needs. You can also choose a seated or laying down position
for your relaxation time, depending on your situation. The
soothing tones of music and voice will gently guide you
to a place where the mind slows its chatter, the body breathes
calmly, and the spirit refreshes itself.
