Catherine has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for 15 years.

In her personal and professional life, Catherine has recognized the value of taking the time for relaxation. Even a few minutes can be extremely beneficial, to allow the body to release into a peaceful, natural, comfortable state. Sometimes it can feel difficult to create those few precious moments. On this CD compilation, you can select a five, fifteen or thirty minute guided relaxation segment according to your needs. You can also choose a seated or laying down position for your relaxation time, depending on your situation. The soothing tones of music and voice will gently guide you to a place where the mind slows its chatter, the body breathes calmly, and the spirit refreshes itself.
